Welcome to FlipMe - a fun game of matching colors. This page provides instructions on how to play the game.
Tiles
The basic piece used in the game is a tile - a square piece with a background color and picture of a penguin on it. Each tile contains a front and back side. The front and back sides of the tile each have their own background color as well as the same picture of a penguin. There are a total of 16 colors but only 14 colors are used in each game.
Board
The game board has 32 tiles arranged in a 4×8 grid. You can arrange the tiles on the board in one of two ways - by either flipping it from front-to-back or swapping it with another tile. To flip a tile, tap it once. To swap a tile, tap the first tile, then drag the tile to the tile you want to replace, and release. The two tiles will swap locations. If you make a mistake and did not want to really swap the tile, drag it outside the board and release. It will return to its starting location.

Objective
The objective of the game is to arrange the tiles so that each row has all the same background colors. When all eight rows are arranged, you win the game!

Undo
If you make a mistake, you can either repeat the same flip or swap or us the undo button at the bottom of the board screen. Simply tap the button and your move will be undone.
Hints
If you get stuck, the hint button at the bottom of the board screen can be used. Tap it once and one or two tiles will be highlighted. Flipping or swapping these tiles will bring you one step closer to winning the game.
Statistics
At the bottom of the board screen is a timer which counts the hours, minutes, and seconds it has take you to complete the current game. On the information screen, your top five best scores are maintained. You can clear them by hitting the clear statistics button at the bottom of the information screen.

Good game, but how do you solve it without using the hints? I may be missing something, but I can’t figure it out. Something I’d like - whether it helped or not - would be an area down the side where I could move colors into can/can’t/must categories.
